What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials including 14kt gold, sterling silver, and brass, often finished with gold plating or micron plating for durability and shine.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the domestic US. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the longevity of your pieces, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the provided Adornmonde pouch.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing due to improper care.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
